Easy app to use and a shuttle is available to use within 5ish mins. At least that has been my experience the last 3 tines I've used it. Shuttle drivers are aware of people and pick up at your car. They'll also wait for you if your insight of the shuttle. Drivers are friendly and fast.

Hello, I love The Parking Spot! The drivers are always so friendly and the shuttles are always running where you don’t wait long at all.
I have felt safe while on trips knowing that I’ve parked in a secure lot, and that I can stay close to my vehicle for my pickup to the terminal. My only worry about my car left me second guessing myself about not having parked under a covered spot with these crazy storms that we’ve had lately.
