Although I must say that pick up from the airport was not a pleasant experience as the driver was very hard to understand as he had a headset on and we were not sure who or what he was saying.

We always enjoy the service at the parking spot. It is Flawless every time. So easy to get in and immediate shuttle to the airport. Then so easy to pick up the shuttle in the parking garage. Our car is always ready and waiting for us. No waiting in airport traffic and just a seamless transition. We highly recommend the parking spot.

An opportunity for improvement: your electric car charging infrastructure needs attention: many are now inoperable
only recommendation is to make it more clear, on "how" to exit from covered partking area....exit arrows seem not enough & not large enough / not clearly pointing to exit routes/exit options
