The Spot Plus Valet and covered is wonderful. I was running out of options with Parking Spot. I started with ATL 2 - then that became a ZOO of major proportions. Moved to Spot 2. Started good but has consistently gone down hill - each week. Moved to spot plus ATL valet covered and it is great.

I have used The Parking Spot on several occasions when flying out of Austin. Each time, the reservation process has been easy to navigate, the staff has been more than accommodating and the ease of getting to and from the airport has been simple. Due to the cost and convenience of this service, I will continue to use The Parking Spot.

Convenience of having someone take you to the airport without trying to find parking at the airport parking areas, and the convenient pickup location near the terminal after we pick up our luggage after the return flight.
I think that Parking Spot should have their terminal station under cover instead of exposure to the elements when the weather is not sunny.
