It was good other than I was at the gate at 12am and was charged a whole other day. I was back at my correct time but the drive dropped 4 people off to their cars then took me to the front and dropped me off. It should be a grace period.

The shuttle pick up and drop off at the car is amazing, for a traveling woman it makes me feel safe! The shuttles were readily available as well which helped too.

Drivers are great! Always helpful and personable. Convienient, and when using covered parking, keeps your car out of the snow in the winter. I hae been using the Parking Spot for years and highly reccomend.

Okay - I've said it before and I'll say it again (I'm totally fine filling out surveys.) Over the past 6 months or so, your PS West service has upped its game!!!! Your drivers are friendly, they are helpful, they actually help me with my bag on and off the bus, WHICH IS HUGE when I'm wiped out from work travel, or just not quite awake yet. They take care of the bags and don't just fling them around like garbage... they are careful... they are kind... they drive responsibly. One of my last drivers (I think his name was Adnock?) was so sincere. And both of my drivers last week were wonderful too! I do give them tips because my goodness they deserve it! The few times I've arrived back to Denver very late at night and had to call the office like the little card says to, the people in the office are always reassuring and willing to help.
I also appreciate that during your lot expansion project, that your signs are easy to understand. AND, over the past few months my wait times for the West busses has been shorter - which is fantastic. Wait times have been shorter both when being picked up and dropped off.
AND... it's really nice to have a bottle of water when I'm leaving the lot to get home. I don't always take advantage of it, but it's a nice perk when I'm parched. :-) Your points program is outstanding too!

Very quick and even quick to help jump a dead battery.
the ease of booking and the discounts for prepaying, I do wish the card booth payment checking out will be more efficient and quick. always gets stuck in line going out as the patrons in front of me takes so long to get their card payments transactions completed
Fast service, pickup and drop off at car
Easy to park and get to and from the terminals.
Only issue is the condition of the vans and the temperature way too hot.
Friendly drivers, perfect location, but I will say, price is really hitting me hard.
