Convince and timely pickup

Easy in and out and like coupons

Easy to get to & they pick you up at your car & when you return you’re dropped off right at your car. I also like the covered lot.

It is fast and the people are friendly. The covered parking is so so. I sort of worry about how a hail storm might be a problem with my vehicle being damaged since the covering is not really covering all of the vehicle.

Convenience and courteous drivers.

Your person in the enter/exit booth could use some lessons in courtesy though.

I’ve been using Parking Spot 3 for years. Every time it has been great. My last trip the driver was exceptional. He directed to me one of the last known available spots and was great with our luggage.

Hello, I’m so glad that I’m able to come here at The parking spot on century Blvd! It’s so clean and nice place you can park your car and not worry about anything else! It’s covered and safe places for any sizes any type of your cars!
Always there are enough parking spots and not worry about famous crowded and busy Los Angeles international! Their stuff are knowledgeable and friendly from office to buses all are working for make sure passengers are having good service and safe travels to any destinations! I’m very happy to have known this place and recommend them to anyone in Los Angeles and other cities

I like that the bus picks me up at my car. I like that after giving the driver the card that records the location of my car, I'm dropped off at my car. It's easy to reserve a spot on the website. Great experience.

everyone, helpful, pleasant and effecient.

As we arrived at the premies there was a few shuttles already to start heading to airport and was NO wait to get a shuttle, really fast and convenient. I also felt my car was safe and secure. I will definitely use this service, again!

The process from booking online, to parking our vehicle and taking the shuttle to and from the airport and even getting out once we got back from our trip was so seamless! The drivers and all staff were so helpful and we will definitely be using the parking spot for all of our future trips.
