We parked at TPS 1 last weekend and both rides were fine. Scott Birnbaum was our outbound driver; he is "different" but drove us successfully (though his differences were a bit concerning; his verbal tics were frequent but his driving was fine, so obviously he is a capable driver. There were several recent trips (in December) where the drivers had to stop so short that they were almost in accidents and we slid forward in the bus. Caused concern. Additionally, if a driver is not willing to help guests lift their luggage into the bus, they should not be driving with you.

I love your quick check-in and transfer to the airport. Saves us time and we know our car is being handled carefully. When we return the van comes to pick us up very quickly and our car is always at the front and running waiting for us. Love your service!

We have been using this for many years. This time the driver wrote down the incorrect number and we had to stay in the bus and drive around looking for our car. Not a fun experience for the other people or for us even longer after we dropped everyone else off.
