The last 2 times I have used the Parking Spot I, I have difficulty finding a parking space, had to wait in the dark for almost 10 minutes in the dark and cold for the shuttle to pick me up at my car though many were parked near the entry with engines running and lights on (I started to walk to them), and upon my return, my vehicle was filthy though in a covered spot.

Easy access to park and to get to the airport.
Always available to pick me up and drop me off. The staff is always friendly and helpful, drivers pick up my bags and drop them off so I'm not lifting. I love the free water when I exit too!
