When I arrive, it is no more than 5 min until the bus picks me up to and from the airport. Other services would leave me there waiting for 30 min or more. Just great service.

Always quick to pick me up as soon as I drive in! Drops off right away. They always assist with my luggage, help me remove the luggage and are always there on time to pick me up. I pay in advance (saves money) and It is so convenient!

There is an attendant at the gate to call for your pick up. The app is easy to use to enter and exit. The drivers are so nice and great!!

Seems like wait times for busses have declined substantially over the last year. Love how much the drivers help with luggage.

Sometimes a little frustrated with the difficulty of using seat belts. Often the belts are buried in the seat and hard to get out.

Overall, very satisfied.
