It is easy to prepay and select which type of parking you want. The shuttle comes quickly after landing without me doing anything. The shuttle drivers are all kind and helpful and drove safely. The only thing that I would suggest is that there's a little bit more information about needing to have your barcode ready twice. Once when I entered the front and then I needed it a second time to get back to the parking that I was assigned to. But I'd already put my phone away and then I had to get it out to get back there. Also maybe there could be information about more than one exit. But I had parked here once before so I knew that. When I left this last time some people were stuck at the one exit closest to me and I waited there for quite a few minutes before I remembered there was an exit also at the front
