I was away for a week during the heavy snow & upon returning on Jan 23rd, my Escape was, obviously buried.

The young man, I believe his name was John, shoveled me out & helped clean off the snow. He made sure my car started & seemed genuinely concerned for my safety.

I love that the shuttle service is often going for pick ups and drop offs - very little waiting for the bus. Also love the design is bright and easy to spot. Self serve is easy to use and valet is everything is should be - car is taken care of, warmed up and ready to go on the shuttle's arrival. Always very nice, helpful people driving the shuttles.
