We have used The Parking Spot several times in the past couple years. They are convenient and their coupon makes it very well priced.
This last trip we arrived home at 1210 AM. Our app didn't work and it took a couple tries to reach someone by phone. The pick-up area had 3 or 4 vans there when our van arrived. We thought they would wait and pull up closer to door 8 where we were told to wait. They were at door 7. They left without picking up anyone. We thought they would circle around and come back, since obviously someone had called. But they didn't. We had to call again. A bit annoying waiting so long at that time of night. But we will probably chalk it up to a time experience and try

I love the convenience and how quick it is to get transportation both ways to DIA. I left West Parking Spot at night and it was pretty confusing to find the exit. I understand there is construction going on and it will be great. Perhaps several lighted signs for exit?

Like covered parking, transport is always convenient

Easy to reserve in the app and choice of payment before or after. I have a bit of a hard time reaching the scanner from my car, as I've had shoulder surgery, but usually as soon as I'm in my spot, a bus is there, depending on the time of day. I do have a little bit of trouble exiting, as it's not really clear where the exit is from where I've parked. Overall, great place to park.

Parking lot is clean and safe to park even in covered or uncovered parking lot. Close to Airport and there's always shuttle busses readily available for pickup and drop off. Respectful staff.

We love the Parking Spot!! Reasonable prices and so easy to get shuttled to the airport and not have to deal with airport parking and traffic! You literally park and get out of your car and the shuttle is there to pick you up! My kids use The Parking Spot now too!
