What I like about The Parking Spot is that there is plenty of parking.
The website for securing a reservation was easy to use. I could print out the reservation information along with the “QR square” for access to the actual parking lot location. Staff were available to direct me to parking areas. The airport shuttle bus picked me up in front of my car and the driver issued a card with my parking location for reference upon my return.
The pick up spot for transport back to my car was easily found. However, this particular night the wait for the shuttle was unusually long; forty-five plus (45+) minutes. The dispatcher on duty at the office when called was condescending and eventually stopped answering calls altogether. However, the shuttle driver was professional and returned all parties to their vehicles as quickly as possible.
Exiting the site was easy enough. Although I inadvertently packed the card issued encounter to the airport, I still had my reservation information which contained my QR code. Thus, I was able to exit without a problem.

My car is safe from the weather as I choose covered parking. I like the van that takes you to the terminal at the airport, and they pick up and drop off near your car. The staff is very friendly.

Awesome
It was very well run and the two drivers that I had were exceptional. We traveled with another family who parked at some other discount parking lot and they were unsure if anyone was going to pick them up, because our flight got delayed and it'd be past midnight. We were comfortable knowing that we had a good service. I would give it a 10 and would tell anyone to use it

We had an awesome experience with this airport parking shuttle! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We accidentally left items in our car both on our departure and on our return, and they quickly helped us access our vehicle each time without any hassle. The shuttle was prompt, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
