from booking to drop off and pick up
Ease of use and promptness
Shuttle was at our vehicles right away and helped us with our many suitcases which included a gold bag and stroller!
Very close to the airport and really easy to "spot" (pun intended) the shuttles.
I like that your people are friendly, the location drop off is safe, the pick ups are fast and convenient. The only thing is that when we tried to leave, we had a hard time leaving the parking lot - we went to the check out station and were told that we did not pay for the "covered lot" and the girl sent us back - then we were driving around and around, trying to figure out of there was another exit. Eventually, we returned to the same check out station, but the whole thing was very confusing.
Easy process with helpful staff
The convenience
I love being picked up and dropped off at my car.
We, however, had our first disappointing experience on Sept 13 at DIA. We waited well over an hour for a shuttle. I figured you paid attention to the numbers arriving (since you ask that when we made the reservation) and adjusted the number of buses accordingly.
Easy access and excellent shuttle service
I always feel secure when I park at The Parking Spot 2. It’s so convenient.
Quick fast easy

Convenient and fast
No long waits for shuttles and friendly service.
Great service, location, convenience, valet and staff!
Easy drop off and easy pickup!!
Always quick to pick up. Drivers always friendly no matter the time of day!
Covered parking at all spaces and always a van available to shuttle to airport.
All was good,and it's easy
Parking went smoothly with location and transportation to airport.
The price, the facility, and your amazing drivers far exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use your services again and recommend you to my friends.
Reliable. Short wait times.
Van comes right to our car to pick us up on arrival and again to drop us off.
Extremely convenient, cheaper than airport parking, helpful shuttle drivers
Staff are always friendly and helpful. They are also very quick to get you to the airport. Every time I arrive, it takes less than a minute for a shuttle to arrive and pick me up from my parking spot and we usually arrive to the airport in 10-15 mins. I will definitely continue to use The Parking Spot whenever I am flying anywhere.
Easy, fast and professional
Convenience and ease to get from my car to the airport.
Easy to schedule parking on-line. Buses to and from airport run frequently.
Very convenient and really not that much more than airport parking. Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant- which is great because I always travel with way too much stuff!
On my last trip I had misplaced my ticket and just knew my row number and the driver knew right where I had parked (in fairness, I do have a yellow truck). I love using your service and will continue to do so when I fly.
