The people are very friendly and helpful. One passenger on the shuttle I took back to the parking lot had forgotten to roll uphis window and the kind people at Parking Spot put a piece of plastic over the window so the inside of his car wouldn't get wet.

Close to the airport, easy app use
No hassle, simple and straight-forward. It would be great if you re-planted some trees at least on the edges/sides of the lot which would provide some shade in the summer, absorb rain and smog.

Timely shuttles is nice. Waiting is very seldom a problem. The app was not working properly to submit your ticket number the last time I traveled so a phone call was required which is okay, but what is the point for the app in that case.

Everything! I like the QR code swipe in and out. The location is easy to get to. I have never had a problem while parking there. It is my "go to" place when using PHL for vacations. Reservation system is easy to use as well.
