On Monday our plans changed so we didn’t arrive until after midnight. I was worried that we would have to wait a long time. As we walked out of door #4, the van was pulling up! He loaded us and those behind us, and quickly brought us back to our nicely warmed car! It was like it was 12 noon instead of 12 midnight. Fantastic!

Please, make exit signs obvious from the point of exciting a spot to the right direction. We get lost trying to leave, especially in the dark, every time! There are a couple, but not nearly enough and not obvious to guide you out.

Convenient to the airport, bus picks you up at your car and helps load and unload luggage, drivers are pleasant.

I like that most of the time I don’t have to wait too long for the shuttle upon arrival from my trips. Service is quick and the reservation process is simple and easy to use. Also, allowing reservation up to 1 hr before check in time gives me flexibility to still reserve parking for sudden trips.
