The Pittsburgh Parking Spot is easy to get to, easy to check in. It's great that they pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car when you return. Waiting at the airport for the shuttle was a short wait time. The drivers are very helpful with your luggage!

I like their app …it makes it easy to find shuttle when I get in from flights, I just walk outside the terminals and catch the shuttle.

Not sure if this is the case but is updating the bus fleet would be nice. Just seems there getting older.
