My drivers on 10-27 in the morning and on 10-29 in the afternoon were very friendly and helped me with my bag. In addition, in a previous visit, I had a parking challenge. Mr Kirk Lewis and his staff worked to resolve my challenge and took care of me with great communication and great customer service.

The people are very friendly and helpful. One passenger on the shuttle I took back to the parking lot had forgotten to roll uphis window and the kind people at Parking Spot put a piece of plastic over the window so the inside of his car wouldn't get wet.
