Your prices seemed to almost double since it transferred from USAirport Parking to Parking Spot. Was about to find another Parking lot, but took advantage of the discount offered for Feb-March. Prices reflected more of what we were used to spending. We’ll be coming back next week.

First time using the service. It was easy to use, staff were friendly. I got back late and it was easy to find the bus back to where I parked my car. I will definitely use the service again on shorter trips.

The service has been good and it was nice being covered with all the snow. On the down side, I had a flight canceled and I tried to extend my stay on your website and each time it wouldn’t access the site.
The facility is manned 24 hours a day it seems. There's always someone there to great you and direct you to where to park. The shuttle ride is very convenient and we never have to wait long for it. The staff are very courteous and professional. I've been parking here since 2021.
I arrived home on Tues, Jan. 27 about midnite with temperature about 15 degrees and I did not have a winter coat. My car was in the uncovered area (a Prius) and was snowed in. The attendant you had covering the lot that night went above and beyond to help me. I should mention that I am a 79 year old woman with some mobility issues. He not only helped clear the snow from my wheels but when I tried to get the car and defrosters working - - my battery was dead! He jumped the battery and continued to clear my windshield and back window. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was my angel that night. Refusing to leave me until he knew that I was able to get my car out and be on my way. That employee deserves a commendation from you.
