Unfortunately the QR code didnt scan when I entered the parking lot. On exiting it also wasn't working to show the prepaid amount and trying to charge me for an amount already paid. Saneiea was very helpful in walking me through the steps and getting the issue resolved so I could head home in a timely manner and not need further follow up.

The C/S is superior. Easy access from my driving route. The drivers are courteous and polite. The convenience to and from the airport with shuttles being easy after landing.

First time using your service. Absolutely amazing. Great employees, extremely helpful, I drive in ask where my spot is they point straight ahead, the shuttle comes up right behind me, loaded on the way to the terminal. Great service. Will definitely use you again.

I like valet parking at SPOT. Easy process- gets me to the terminal quickly, friendly service, car pulled up and warmed up ready for me to hop in and get on the road.

We just signed up with “The Parking Spot” for our upcoming trip out of Houston George Bush Airport (IAH). Your website indicated a discount code which made your service / company even more attractive so we decided to give it a try.

We put in the Discount code that the website showed as a banner / pop-up and initially had $16 taken off of our price. Somehow after putting it in and processing the system removed the discount and charged us the full price. We were very concerned about this change and called up your company.

When calling we reached Tracy Cisneros who was very helpful. She attempted to put in the code we had inputed and verified that the code was no longer valid even though it was showing as valid on the website on our end. She then investigated other codes and initially had issues with all of them showing then none were valid.

After doing some due diligence she found a code and called us back to let us know that she was able to get us the discount for our upcoming trip. We had suspected we were going to have issues and be told that since the payment went through that the price was final. The fact that Tracy to help us and was so responsive to our problem gives makes very optimistic for future interactions with your company.

I never have to wait long for the shuttle. After parking my car, someone is there within a minute or two for pick-up. The app is helpful in allowing you to see where the nearest bus is located.

Good overall service. Staff friendly.
