We had no issues parking. Shuttle brought us to the terminal in a timely fashion, the driver assisted us with our baggage. On return it was past midnight the shuttle was available with not much wait and brought us to our car. The whole experience was perfect.

your personnel are always pleasant and ready to help. our driver that took us to the airport, even went back after dropping us at the airport, to get a suitcase that we left in the back seat of out vehicle, and brought it to us at the airport. It was critical for us to make the flight to Washington, to visit my wife's dying daughter, so it meant so much to us. If only we could remember the drivers name but maybe you can trace him and give him a special award.

It was an easy process. We booked early online to get a reasonable price especially we booked for 10 days. Online booking was straight forward and easy. Our shuttle driver to and from the airport was very nice.
