Parking is super convenient. I especially highly recommend valet if it’s within your price range it really makes a difference when you’re one of those panicky travelers stressed about finding parking or remembering where your keys or car is parked at 10 o’clock at night when you’re flying back home. I’ve never had any issues with theft or damages to my car when parked there and my other recommendation is to download and use the app. It’s great when you arrive home as it lets them know to pull your car and get it ready for you if you choose valet, but also let them know to send a shuttle in your direction to pick you up.

The shuttle bus drivers are always friendly, and they help with my bags. I love the ease of using the app, and with notifications, I know when there is a special deal on the parking rate. We appreciate the Courteous service by driver. What I didn’t like was the first van that came to pick us up had a mechanical issue, started smoking, and shut off where it picked us up. We had to unload the vehicle and the driver called another vehicle to pick us up. It appears that the Parking Spot company needs to service its vehicles more often. We didn’t want to imagine what would have happened if the vehicle had stalled on the way back to the parking lot. We had a party of eight people ranging in age from 4 years old to 87 years old and a lot of luggage.

We have used The Parking Spot "1" for close to 15 years and have always been very pleased. The pick up is prompt, the drivers gave ALL be kind, helpful and very nice. They each have loaded and unloaded our luggage. The complimentary bottles of water at the checkout are very welcome as the Phoenix heat greets us. The person at the entrance/ext gate has always been kind and helpful. The Parking Spot is a very important part of our travel.
