Convenience I have always had great experiences with them except on my last visit. When they lost my booking and said my credit card was not attached to my account but it clearly showed it in my app so it took me extra time to check out, i had to use a different credit cars and since they could not locate my info I did not get credit for a 8 night parking stay. Really not happy about that.

Extremely convenient being right off Camp Creek. Drivers pick you up at your vehicle and drop you off at the terminal door. All the drivers are professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend

Great place to leave your car on long trips. It's always exciting on the bus as you meet others traveling to places all over the US and the world. Car is kept safe and we know it will be in good shape when we return. Busses run timely so you don't have to wait long for a ride to or back from the airport.

Fast and convenient

"The Parking Spot" is a great option for air travel, the shuttle bus takes you right to the airport doors. The process of reserving a spot was easy. They offer covered parking (which I chose), uncovered parking and car wash services (for an extra charge). The employees are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The shuttle driver was so friendly and welcoming and he handled our luggage to and from the airport.
When we returned from our trip, I called "The Parking Spot" to request our pickup. The shuttle arrived in less than ten minutes to pick us up at the airport shuttle area. They had my car parked and ready to go when we reached the business to pick up my car. My car looked just as it did when I dropped it off. The ONLY complaint I have is they don't accept cash, my daughter had to use her credit card for payment. I highly recommend "The Parking Spot" if you're in need of such a service. Thank you for a great service and experience. Lisa
