I like the fact that the location is close to the airport. The one thing I noticed is that when we were picked up to go to the airport, we did not get any ticket saying where we exactly parked. When we got back to STL and were picked up to go back to the parking area, the driver asked about a card we should have received. I told him what spot we parked in, but he had no clue where that was. I had to direct him to the spot. Not sure if that is the way the process is designed, but I did what to mention it.

I love the convenience of the Parking Spot location, the promptness of the shuttles and most of the time, the friendliness of the drivers.

It is easy to find a spot to park at, in Nashville, it was nice that our car was ready and waiting for us when we got off of the shuttle. I like that the shuttle drops us off at the door of the airport, and I like that pre-paid parking is typically cheaper than parking at the airport. The drivers are always courteous and professional.
