The shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of parking and we arrived at our terminal in plenty of time to catch our flight. Upon return...no problems. We were waiting at the upper level and the driver drove us down to the lower level where we should have been waiting but no one had told us. I had been reading so many negative comments that I was concerned. Nothing to be concerned about. Overall GREAT service!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I forgot the valet key when I dropped off my Tesla and they were very patient and understanding. I was able to remote start the car so they could move it.
