I've used the Parking Spot for several years. I am always pleased. I always use self-park covered. I like how the bus comes by to pick me up and drops me directly at my car. With DFW construction, the drivers were still very good - they can't help the delays and the website tells everyone to leave plenty of time. Everyone is courteous and I can't say enough about how easy it is.

Easy to reserve a spot. The drivers are friendly. There's always staff there telling us where to park when we arrive. Drivers/vans are quick to pick us up from our car, get us to the airport, help with bags, and quick to pick us up from the airport upon our return home.

I liked the quick service, the friendliness of the staff, the price for storing my vehicle and just the overall process of storing my vehicle. No complaints.

I it was pouring rain at 4am. The bus driver was right behind me as I pulled in to the lot and followed me to my spot. I was saved from a drenching.
We were picked up quickly at both the parking spot and the airport. Drivers are always nice & friendly.
