My first time using it. The rate was very competitive. The card provided by the driver with the parking spot location and printed instructions on it as to how to get picked up using the app made for a very convenient transfer from the airport. I would use it again.

everything is on App & this made reservation very easy . Also when returning from journey, it made so easy to get ride back to The parking Spot. A card showing where I parked also helped a lot. Everything were made so simple & easy.

I like the bus that picks me up at my car to take me to the terminal and also takes me back to my car when I return. I like the bottled water fridge when you leave - excellent touch. I am not a fan of the small parking spaces. (The vehicles are growing, but the spots are staying the same.)

The shuttle drivers are kind and helpful with the luggage ..on Oct 28th Ronald P. I think was our shuttle driver . He had patience with my wife and I .we are disabled , and he helped with our luggage . Also helped me turn my car off and even helped another passenger find his cell phone in the dark. Yes , we will Be using the parking spot again! Price are reasonable , but your company work ethic is not cheap! Service is excellent!!

It was great!

The ease for making a reservation online and the friendly employees. But the most important service was our flight got re-routed to New Orleans because of the shutdown at the Orlando Airport, and we were delayed for at least 3-4 hours, and finally getting back to Orlando. Once we got our luggage and walked outside, there was a Parking Spot Bus waiting on us and they made us feel welcome and took us right to our car. Thanks for the person service!
