Normally, shuttles run on time. However, in this case, we waited for a while. Other Parking Spot shuttles for JFK and 1 were frequently arriving. Also, luggage service is usually offered, but this time, not so much.
Great experience! Easy to find parking lot and the shuttle picked us up immediately. Dropped us off at the terminal with no issue. The driver picked up additional riders on the way. Shuttle was full but not uncomfortable.
No issues catching the shuttle on the way back. Will use them again.
