Highly organized and efficient. The friendliest shuttle driver I've ever encountered.
Everyone is always very friendly. It’s easy to access off of 71. I feel like my car is safe there. They’re usually always there waiting to pick me up after I get my luggage. If I do have to wait, it’s not for very long.
The Parking Spot East is very convenient when flying out of AUS. A helpful gate attendant directs us to a parking space and, very shortly after parking, the bus picks us up for a ride to AUS. We are dropped off at our airlines entrance. The return is equally as seamless. After picking up our luggage, we exit the airport and go to the bus pick-up area. I can open the app to track arrival of The Parking Spot East bus. The bus driver helps get our luggage onto and off of the bus and drops us off at our car. We show our QR code to exit. Very efficient.
Ease of use compared to other offsite facilities.
It’s super simple to use and very cost effective for someone that has no family and doesn’t want to ask a friend to drive them to the airport at the crack of dawn!

The drivers are always pleasant and help you get your luggage on and off the bus. Also I like the rewards program, the more you use them the more points you can get a discount for your next trip.

The lady at Parking Spot 1 in the morning is very helpful and directs you to where there are open parking spaces. Scanning to enter is very easy. If there is a problem scanning, it only happens at the exit. The shuttles are very convenient and the drivers are very friendly and helpful with luggage.
