It is easy to schedule online and you offer some good sales. There have been times we get to the airport and the lot is full so I always make a reservation in advance. Check in and check out is easy and I like the feature on the app where you can let the shuttle know you are ready.

I couldn't ask for a easier process, from the drop off to the pick up your interaction with them is seamless.. Their staff is always professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone

Close, easy to access off the interstate. The vans are quick to pick us up from the terminal and the ride is short back to our vehicle.

The best improvement (since starting years ago) is the ability for the app to track our location at the terminal when we are ready for a pick up to return to our vehicles. Have used the Parking Spot for years, and have always had terrific service.

Self park is so easy and a lot cheaper. They drop you off from the bus right at your parking spot, and unload your bags. We parked for a month and it only cost 250 give a take a few bucks!
