Very friendly and helpful staff, the bus follows you to your spot, picks you up, gives you a card telling you your parking spot, drops you at your airline and handles your bags. What's not to like?

Easy fast covered parking
I have used the parking spot a few times and each time the service and experience gets better and better. The drivers are friendly and efficient in both getting you to your terminal in a timely manner and dropping you off in a location with easy access to your gate. I'll be using the Parking Spot again very soon.

It was very easy to schedule everything through the app. I arrived at 3:30 AM and was greeted with a smile from a very nice lady. She provided perfect directions to park. Return trip to the parking lot at 12:30 AM was also smooth.

We usually use Parking Spot 2. Over the years we have started to become acquainted with your staff. They are polite. We do not have to wait too long for a shuttle to appear. That said, waiting for a shuttle to the International Terminal is a different story. Even using your shuttle app, we have had to wait upwards of 20 minutes or longer.
Your drivers are always so friendly and helpful. They're always willing to help me load/unload my heavy bags. They'll also point you in the direction of the nearest open parking spot when I drive into the lot.
Extremely convenient way to park and be transported to and from the airport. No hassle or stress in finding a parking spot in one of the airports lots and then trying to find your car when you return.

Attendants are always very friendly and shuttle busses are always prompt. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes after I park for a shuttle to pick me up next to my truck. It is very convenient and close to the airport. The price is reasonable and the facility is well kept.
We like the covered parking area, the easy access to the lot and the frequency of the buses. Most of the drivers are very friendly and helpful of loading and unloading. We have been using the Parking Spot for about 5 years now.
