I have some complaint about one of your agent. Incident happened in the earlier morning of the (th of July, 2026: I drove my car in to scan, during the scanning your agent was walking towards me and was behaving very mean by kept telling me to go. I was driving toward the premium parking and she kept yelling at me to go. The incident was happening around 6 am.
Please correct this person to behave nicer to customer.

Quick and easy

Waiting for the shuttle at the ATL airport was quite an ordeal, but I believe the primary reason behind this was the inability of the passengers to maintain a queue rather than the limited number of shuttles available. We observed that other companies had more shuttles, but I understand that we were quite crowded, so I can’t hold you guys responsible for the situation.

Easiest parking and boarding and return was seamless too. Overall fantastic experience

The convenience in the service. The only downside is when we returned home, the driver was having a very difficult time with the scanner he used for valet parked customers which held us up in the bus, at least three times for well over 3 to 4 minutes per stop.

I like how it is unusual to wait very long for a pickup either in the lot or at the airport.

I like the option for covered parking.

I like being able to pick up bottles of water when checking out.

But most of all, I like the uniform friendliness and helpfulness of your drivers.

Everyone is very polite . It is close to DFW and vehicle is parked in secure location.

It was efficient, driver's were nice and professional.

It was incredible. We could not find our ticket and the driver was so patient and kind. I did remember where we parked so that was helpful. Then when we checked out the lady there was especially wonderful. She found our record and was able to finish the transaction. Both people went out their way to help us that night. We had been in Oregon dealing with a sudden death in the family and really won't on top of anything. They kept telling us that they'd help us.

Great service and the drivers were great as well.

Convenient. Could use more shuttles from the south lot. We got picked up after 3 north shuttles passed by.

So many more parking spots than other companies; I never have a problem making a reservation. They are also making more covered parking spots!

Easy set up on the App. Easy in and out when dropping off and picking up our vehicle. Quickly taken to the airport and quickly picked up when we returned. Friendly staff and drivers even though this place was very busy. It was pouring down rain on our return and having our vehicle under a covered area was extremely appreciated. Will definitely use The Parking Spot in the future.

The service is quick. Pickup and drop off. Drivers were nice and helpful. Only issue was finding the shuttle arriving. It was somewhere I’ve never been. Also wish there was an electronic way to tip
