I love the convenience of using Parking Spot Fly...easy parking, pickup and drop off. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. I very rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes for pickup either at the parking lot or the airport.

My only disappointment was that the person who picked me up wrote the entirely wrong row on my card, so when it was time to be dropped off, I was being dropped off nowhere near my car... however, I had taken a picture of my spot and showed the driver, who was able to find my car. Otherwise, everything went fairly smooth.

Drivers are friendly. Fairly quick pickup on both ends. The app is great for tracking the shuttle to the airport pickup. Check-in and check-out using the app is easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bus follows you to your spot, picks you up, gives you a card telling you your parking spot, drops you at your airline and handles your bags. What's not to like?
