Convenient and predictable. Barcode entry and exit simplifies the process - and ability to pre-pay is also nice. Cold bottle of water available at exit is a NICE touch - like when you leave a 5-star hotel.

I had some discrepancy in dates: original order did not match confirmation and actual dates. Unknowingly for me I prepaid for incorrect dates. However, service ladies were ultrakind, truly caring for me as a customer and resolved “the glitch” with smile and to my total satisfaction!
