The Parking Spot is so convenient! Shuttle is almost immediately ready to pick us up after parking our car. Shuttle always waiting after a flight to take us back to our car. Wouldn't park anyplace else when flying out of ABIA!

I highly reccommend this service! This service is easy to use with their app. It is affordable, and convenient. The staff is friendly. If its your first time using i recommend going a bit early so you can get picked up and arrive at the airport on time. I had a flight at 6:13 and arrived at the parking spot at 3:48 BUT wish i arrived maybe at like 3/3:15. I still made it in time but i felt worried that i wouldn't since there was a big line at frontier and TSA. Like i said, I still made it, had time to use the restroom and go to the gift shop before my flight so you dont have to go earlier since they pick you up fairly quick, but I like that safety net.
When you arrive, you just park and wait at your parking spot and they pick you up to take you to the airport. For your return, just follow instructions on their app. Easy to use!
Quick pick up friendly drive
It was easy find, we waited 15 mins max (and that was at the airport) for a shuttle. Plus our flight was delayed not once, not twice, but three times and the app made it easy to adjust our check out time.
That I don’t have to wait for a bus, they’re always waiting for me. Ease of check in and check out
There is always someone at the front gate to help me scan my phone, and to help me check out if need be. The van always picks me up within 2 minutes of my arrival. I never wait longer than 10 minutes at the airport for a van to retrieve me. The van drivers are the nicest people on earth, Kudos

Shuttles to the airport are always very timely but getting picked up at the airport ….. we waited over 15 mins for a shuttle to arrive and by the time it did, there was only one vehicle and more people had to wait

Your drivers are friendly and helpful. Check in personnel also are very clear when instructing where I need to go.
Security of the facility. I've had my vehicle broken into at the Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn and airport parking. While finding a parking spot for my large pickup is sometimes challenging at the Parking Spot, I know there will be one and that the vehicle won't get broken into. Also, the staff are helpful and considerate and the shuttles are very timely!

I loved the Parking Spot disabled valet parking service. They dropped me off at Delta Airlines departure door with my electric scooter, picked me up when I returned 4 days later! Also, the staff helped me unload my scooter and suitcase. Phonemomenal staff and excellent service!! Rate a 10 for both
