The reservation process was simple, the app was very helpful. Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was already on the way when we arrived back at the airport and our car was waiting for us upon arrival. An overall great experience.

Absolutely LOVE The Parking Spot 2!!! Extremely easy to book and the convenience of the shuttle service coupled with the short commute to and from the airport was everything!!! I would definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for airport parking to look no further!!!

Process easy to book & convenient, plenty of options spots available, great price . All drivers were AMAZING, buses were available, but slow compared to The Parking Spot 1 buses. My plane was delayed by 2 hours & I went on the app changed the time & no extra charge. I always give an extra 1.5 hour leeway from when my flight arrives. Absolutely will use again.

The app was easy to make a reservation on as well as adjust my reservation.

When I arrived, I scanned the QR code, and tapped my payment. I found a covered spot fairly quickly. The shuttle driver picked me up within a minute of parking, he gave me a ticket with my Parking Spot on it. We drove around the parking lot for a few minutes picking up a few other people and I was to the terminal within about 10 minutes, the shuttle driver helped me with my bags.

On my return trip, I waited about five minutes for the shuttle to arrive the driver helped me with my bags, I gave him my Parking Spot ticket and an under 10 minutes. I was at my car ready to leave. Re-tapped my payment, grabbed a bottle of water and was on my way home less than five minutes after reaching my car.

All in all convenient affordable service!
