Parking at the Parking Spot on Sepulveda is such a great service and location. Make your reservation ahead of time and pre-pay. When you arrive, you scan in and park. Make your way to the shuttle bus and you are on your way!

While returning the driver helped everyone taking the bags to the car really appreciate the Customer Service. While going to the airport, ms Erin (I may forget the name, not sure) was courteous to take the bags and place it on the ground herself.

Location Location Location- Right near the SW and Main Terminals. Gas station a block away from the entrance for us Illinoisans to get cheaper fuel for our vehicles. Smooth process of self-check-in and check-out, using the QR code on the phone. Friendly drivers who help with the luggage, and a location tab provided to make sure you can find your vehicle back upon return!

I like that I can land at midnight and still easily go out and catch a bus to the car. I've parked at many other places near LAX and some of them I have to pray I can find a bus at midnight. Then once dropped off at the facility, there's no one there. I couldn't get out of one of them. I had to go next door and get a phone number to call. Parking Spot runs a very good ship

The drivers were much friendlier than in the past. Do not shy away from grabbing your luggage to load it and unload it. The driver who picked us up helped an older lady in a wheelchair first to board. Nice to see there is kindness and courtesy for others shown.
