I have to say I am very disappointed with my last experience at Parking Spot South.
I arrived slightly later than expected so was a little rushed.
My reservation was for uncovered parking and I told the attendant that clearly. He directed me to COVERED parking and the van was right on my tail so I parked at the first spot I saw.
Came home from my mother's funeral to find that I was charged an additional fee, $50+ I think, for parking in the wrong area.
Can't say it's not right, but it is hard to swallow!!

My husband and I have used TPS for 5+ years and enjoy how easy it is to book a reservation, the rewards points are great and typically the shuttle wait time isn't too lengthy. When small issues have come up and I have reached out to TPS team I receive a personalized email back. Their customer service can't be beat and is one of the reasons we will continue to come back.

I have had great experiences parking at The Parking Spot Fly and 2. They are located close to the airport. Fly is the closest and 2 is a little further away, but i have gotten to the airport on time at both locations. I didnt have to wait long to be picked up when I returned. The drivers are very helpful and nice. My car was fine both times and the prices have been reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
