It was my first time and when I rolled up your staff was very helpful. It was the same experience when I was on my way out. Both ladies had big smiles on and were ready to assist.

When we arrived in Philly I opened the app and wasn't quite sure on how to get shuttle to come pick us up but when we walked outside there was a shuttle waiting and ready to go.

I like that the parking is covered, that you get a “spot” and take your keys with you. The shuttle picks you up and drops you at your car. And the price is right.

Both of our drivers were excellent! One young man left his van we he saw me struggling to get my suitcase in the vehicle. Sorry-that I don’t know his name-but I do know he played football for Francis-Howell High school. Because I asked if he played football-he was very strong!

Directions for parking were easy. Shuttle was there to pick us up immediately. Shuttle at airport back to the Parking Spot was there when we arrived.
