Like most the ease of making a reservation, three available parking locations and the great parking pick-up & drop-off customer service. Have become disappointed though in our last two return trip pick-up times. Lot number 1 shuttle have taken 15-20 minutes to arrive. While watching shuttles for lots 2 & southern come by twice.
Everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off at terminal went smoothly. On return had to wait for second bus, as first one was full. Second bus arrived shortly
Extremely short wait at any of the 3 Parking Lots in Phoenix and a very short wait at the airport. The cold water bottles at the South Parking Lot are such a savior and all the drivers are very friendly and helpful.

Had early morning flight and was able to get parked and get on the shuttle in a few minutes. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time. Comming back was late 10:30 PM shuttle showed up in about 5-8 minutes got us to our car and unloaded our luggage great service.
