I love that you give us a bottle of water when we leave

I left a messenger bag on a bench at the airport. Didn't realize it until I stepped off the shuttle late Sunday night. Despite being minutes from clocking out, the driver offered to drive me back to get it. Saved me big time. I'll only use you guys moving forward.

Convenient 5 minute frequent shuttle. Friendly attendants at the booth. Price is fair, not great but fair. I've been parking here for several years and the cost has risen more than my social security increase. Perhaps you should institute a senior citizen 10% discount. I've been loyal to The Parking Spot, it's time they do something for this 78 year old traveler who is trying to keep going! Thank you in advance for your consideration.

It was very easy to use.

The drivers are excellent and are always assisting me with my luggage. I love the Parking Spot. I just wish I could find handicapped parking on the level that I enter the facility. I am not crazy about going down o Level 2. Too scary. There should be someone there at night from the Parking Spot.

My family and I had a great experience at The Parking Spot BWI North. We had an early morning departure on a miserable rainy Sunday morning. We didn't reallize we were to wait in our car to wait for the shuttle so we walked down to a building near the entrance. We were standing in the rain as the building was locked. An associate saw us standing there and came over and kindly opened the building for us so we could wait out of the rain. They also called the shuttle for us so they would know where to pick us up. The shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful with the luggage. We could not have asked for better service during this experience. All this and the daily rates were outstanding!!!

Prompt and very convenient to BWI. Nice drivers and easy to track our pick-up using the app. Always our first choice.

The bus was waiting for me when I arrived at the parking lot. The driver helped me with my luggage and was very friendly.
On my return, it took a little while to get the shuttle to the parking lot but I got dropped off first since I was in covered parking.

It was affordable and easy to navigate. I was not picked up at my car as promised but was able to walk a little to a pickup area, however, I had to wait a long time to get a shuttle and got to the terminal much later than anticipated. The shuttle back went well. We were picked up in a timely manner and dropped off at my vehicle. The driver waited to ensure I was safe.
