We had the first of many experiences with the Parking Spot 1 at Will Clayton. We got the covered parking that also included pickup/dropoff AT our vehicle. All the staff we encountered were amazing (especially the staff when we arrived — VERY helpful and informative). Our driver to the airport was the BEST! It was early in the morning and he loaded/unloaded all our luggage. I wish I had known tips were a thing on the app in time. By the time we realized, it was too late.
Both drivers were great, I just wanted to shoutout the one in the morning (I can’t remember his name, unfortunately).
We will definitely be parking at this location again. 10/10 experience!

I like the convenience of the proximity to Miami International Airport. The staff is also courteous and helpful during transport to and from the airport. Will highly recommend their services.

I've never had any issues with the Parking Spot but this past trip, our driver did not drop us off by Southwest airlines check-in. He dropped us off on the Delta side and said this was the stop for all airlines. Not sure if there were changes made since we last parked there but that was disappointing as we had 3 luggages, a car seat and a 5 year old
