I use the self-park several times a year, paying beforehand online. Although there have been times I was left searching for a space in no-man's land, more often I find a space reasonably close to the gate. The shuttle drivers have mostly been personable and friendly.

How quick and prompt the shuttle services are and how close they pick up and drop off at your vehicle as well as at the airport. The whole process is really smooth.

This parking spot is in a very convenient location, my vehicle has been parked several times at this place and always I have found in the same condition as I have parked it. I love that the shuttle service always great you with respect and take you and drop you off at right on front of your vehicle! I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a loyal customer of The Parking Spot for nearly 10 years and have consistently chosen them because of the service experience—particularly the convenience and safety of being picked up directly at my vehicle.

Recently, I tried the Basic Reservation Fare, and unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. While I appreciate the lower rate—especially for non-covered parking—the elimination of vehicle pickup significantly detracts from what has always set The Parking Spot apart.

As a female and solo traveler, being picked up at my car is more than a convenience; it’s an important safety feature, particularly when managing heavy luggage or traveling in inclement weather. That level of service feels like extended hospitality and has been a key reason for my long-term loyalty.

Additionally, customers should still be able to earn and redeem points regardless of the fare type selected. Loyalty should be recognized consistently, even when choosing a lower-cost option.

I value The Parking Spot and hope future fare structures can balance affordability with the service elements that made this brand stand out in the first place.

Everything went flawlessly

Driver comes to my car to pick you up and gets my bag on the bus. Upon my return, the driver takes my bag off the bus and puts it in my car. Drivers are polite unprofessional. It’s easy to find the pick up spot at terminal four at Sky Harbor. Check in and check out is easy and fast and you even get a bottle of water as you leave.
