I like having a reserved spot and having the bus pick us up and deliver us to the parking space.

Parking in the covered Parking Spot 2 was easy!! I downloaded the App, made the online appointment and recieved a bar code. Upon arriving, I showed my code and parked. Within a few minutes, a shuttle picked me up and took me to the airport. Driver was very helpful and I highly recommend using the Parking Spot 2

Ease of the whole process.

The shuttle van comes to your car within minutes of parking your car and when you return from your trip the shuttle van is circling the arrival terminal to pick you up and drops you off next to your car.

Reasonable prices and the drivers of the shuttles are always very nice and helpful.

There was no way to contact East location when I arrived at the airport. The app gave an on call number but no one answered and no way to leave a message. Luckily shuttles from the other Spot location was able to help. Finally a shuttle from East location arrived. We had premium covered parking, the shuttle did not drop us off at our vehicle like previous experiences. The shuttle parked and we had to walk with our luggage across the parking garage to our vehicle. I was disappointed with this experience. Previous experiences at other Spot locations were excellent.

I have been using The Parking Spot for many years now. I always felt safe and my car would be ok. I used the parking facility when I traveled for work. I always would go the the row instructed but i would say to the attendant, if i am not happy with the spot i will find one in the next row, they always said we will find you.

i spend a lot of money on a vehicle and do not want to be squeezed into a small space. Never no issues which made me feel great.

This past trip we got dressed down by the women picking us up, my husband likes to pull forward because it is hard to see sometimes. So we parked and brought our suitcases to the row in which she was going to be in, we waited for her to pick up the other passengers.

She was not happy, and thru our suitcases on the bus, my husband usually would assist the driver, but not this time.

I understand the parking and pick-up but I did not it should have been a big deal.
