We have been using The Parking Spot for several years. Every employee we have encountered has been awesome! Shuttles promptly pick you up after parking for a ride to the airport. (2) different times our car was dead when we arrived back from a trip. Both times, the employee at the booth promptly helped us with a jump. This last time, on February 12th, the lady at the booth was so nice and helpful. She came out in the freezing cold and helped us with our locks and jumped our battery. She was a life saver. Shuttles have been swift in picking us up at the airport as well. Kudos to the great staff you have working for you! They all deserve a raise.

I dropped a jacket and it was found and I recovered it. Not all patrons or staff members would be so kind.

I LOVE that you are so easy to get to--only blocks off the highway. Everyone is Friendly & efficient!! Your shuttle drivers are always so nice. I have a new "push button style starter" car. And I thought I might have left my car actually running. Called y'all, and they went to my parking slot & verified that it was NOT running. Thank you for that peace of mind!! Also, my flight was delayed & i returned HOURS later than the time I had booked. Thank you for no additional charge!!
