I like the convenience of this service.
It was my first time to use the Parking Spot… and I was very pleased.
Checking in and parking was a breeze and the van was there very quickly to transport me to the airport. On returning from Boston I was picked up and my driver Jamal was very helpful with my heavy suitcase and even placed it in my SUV.
I would certainly recommend The Parking Spot to friends and family…. And I will be using Parking Spot anytime I travel. Also a nice touch to grab a complimentary cold bottle of water as you leave the lot! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

The system is simple and efficient. The drivers are polite and very helpful.
I’m in the bus picks you up at your car. Airport ride drop off uneventful. When I return the process is reversed. Love it!!
Smooth, efficient, easy!!
You usually have enough buses that I don’t have to wait long. However, that wasn’t the case last Tuesday. It was raining and no one came to my row. I eventually had to run over two rows to get picked up. Then the bus was full. Normally, you are very organized but not so much that morning.

I have always gotten a parking spot I want and paid for and the service is easy to use. The pick up from my parking spot was “spot-on”. As well as the pick up from the airport back to my car.
