Employees and service was excellent. Buses need more maintenance. Unit used on March 9th had completely worn out shock absorbers. Every tiny bump in the road caused severe jostling. The several larger bumps, even when taken at low speed by the driver, caused riders to be bounced fully into the air.
The drivers were kind. There wasn’t a long wait time getting picked up when we arrived as well as upon our departure. I would highly recommend a service to others in the future. Thanks for such a great experience!

Parking was a breeze. Upon arrival, the van was at our vehicle in a minute or 2. Drop off was quick and once we returned back to Cleveland, there was a spotted van waiting already there, to take us to our car. Very easy and a very pleasant driver. They even have a basic no touch car wash for free use. Would highly recommend this company. It will be the only one we use moving forward.
