Normally, it's very quick and easy to check in and check out. Before DFW construction, it was also quick and easy to catch a shuttle bus. That's been hampered by the construction, but I understand why. This last time I tried to check out after my trip, though, there was a car ahead of me in the check out lane that wound up being there dealing with the attendant for over 10 minutes. During that time, the several cars behind me would try to go to the other checkout line to self check-out, but they kept having troubles and backing out of that lane and getting into my lane. At one point, there were 5 cars waiting to check out, all of us stuck behind this car that was dealing with the attendant. What I wish is that the attendant had come out and told me and the others that it would be a while with this customer, and figured out what the problem was with the other checkout lane.

My son left his car there in covered parking at Houston IAH while he went to see his mother and sister in Georgia. He had a malfunction with his window and could not close it. He struggled with the car until he was out of time. As he boarded the bus he indicated to the driver that he had a problem with the window closing and the driver informed him that he would come back by and cover it for him. When my son returned 1 week later he found that the employee had honored his word and covered the window. That is AWESOME customer service!!! I would love to know the name of that man so I could send him a personal thank you.
