Convenience
Very convenient. Good value
Very good employees, easy access, great location and prices
Clean vehicle. Comfortable ride.
shuttles are fast and easy drop off and pick up. We have never had to wait! Shuttle bus drivers very kind and helpful with my disabled husband.
This last trip we had the most awesome driver !! He picked us up the the airport with a smile and a great attitude. His bus was very clean . One of the riders had lost his ticket and remembered his section wrong but our driver didn’t seem irritated he assured the man that he woukd find his car. Our driver reminded us all of the cold, bottled water in your refrigerators at check out. I love using this off airport parking location.
Quick and efficient
Very friendly staff and they take you right to your vehicle and assist you with your belongings with no problem 🥰❤️
Excellent service, safe parking, friendly staff!!
There's is always on time and the drivers are always pleasant
I hate these surveys - everyone sends them. I give you a top rating but will not do all the rest in the endless surveys I get.
Easy, convenient, secure.
quick pick up in self park.....upon return bus was at curb no waiting. doesn't happen every time though.
Bus availability
Smoothness check in and shuttle was readily available for pick up and drop off. However, check out the last two times were extremely difficult. The machines had difficulty scanning the barcode. Others upon exiting had the same experience, were getting out of their cars and needing assistance from the booth employee.
It was very easy to make the reservation. Easy checking in & out. Would highly recommend to all my friends.
Efficient and timely shuttles to and from Bradley airport
The app was very user friendly and the shuttle drivers were helpful and punctual.
Friendly professional and efficient
It's easy and staff are friendly
It is very easy to get to, there is always a van waiting to take you to the airport and one in the return trip almost immediately. The price is also very reasonable. This is my always parking spot I never have to worry about looking for another.
Easy in and easy out. Very little wait time for the shuttle and the drivers are always friendly
I like the convenience of this service.
It was my first time to use the Parking Spot… and I was very pleased.
Checking in and parking was a breeze and the van was there very quickly to transport me to the airport. On returning from Boston I was picked up and my driver Jamal was very helpful with my heavy suitcase and even placed it in my SUV.
I would certainly recommend The Parking Spot to friends and family…. And I will be using Parking Spot anytime I travel. Also a nice touch to grab a complimentary cold bottle of water as you leave the lot! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
