It was a long day of travel with over 5 hours of delay and your shuttle was waiting when i got my bag - that was such a relief. The driver on both the day I left and the night I returned was efficient and very cordial. He helped me with my bag and was gracious. checking out was a little difficult with the self service kiosk - it was after midnight and the machine got stuck not offering me a way to pay and the call button wasn't working but I backed out and started over I was able to pay and check out. Thank you!

Efficient and easy
I had a great experience with the Parking Spots on my previous trip. The driver helped me and my wife lift all the luggage's to the shuttle, and unloaded it for us as well.
I was surprised and really appreciated for the great service from the driver. Of course, the driver definitely deserves for the tips.
We would definitely come back to use Parking spots again for our next trip. One thing I like Parking spots is they have enough shuttle between the airport and the parking, so we dont have to wait a lot of time for their pick up.
The Parking spots APPS is a must !

Only concern was that the final payment when leaving the parking spot was more than what I contracted for when I made the reservation. It was increased by about $25. Not sure why.
