The driver carried my larger carryon off the bus and asked me to open the hatchdoor for him to put my suitcase in my car! That was so nice of him. I appreciate the driver using the little card to exactly locate my car with the row and slot number.

We’ve been using The Parking Spot (Century location) for several years whenever we travel out of LAX, and they’ve never let us down. Knowing our vehicle is safe while we’re away gives us great peace of mind, and that’s why they continue to be our go to airport parking service. The staff is always friendly and professional, the shuttle service is reliable, and the entire process is smooth from drop off to pick up. After every trip, it’s reassuring to return and find our vehicle exactly as we left it. We truly appreciate the dependable service and highly recommend The Parking Spot Century location to anyone looking for a trustworthy and convenient place to park when flying out of LAX.

I won't go into what happened to make me initially leave a 0 for how likely I would be to reco TPS to a others, but TPS assistant customer service manager for that particular lot quickly contacted me, wanting to know why I felt the way i did, and then rectified the situation/my negative impression just as quickly. I am modifying my rating in response to their exemplary customer service.

My return flight was cancelled, and it was two extra days before I could pick up my car. I didn't even need to contact The Parking Spot to extend my reservation; they simply charged me for each extra day, at the amount I had agreed to for the original reservation, and I paid the total on the way out. Very convenient, and very fair.

Easy to get to the drivers are right there as soon as you park and ready to assist you with your luggage and helping you on the bus. The only issue this time was the amount of time it took to get out of the lot. Made me go over my time by having to wait in line. Not sure what the issue was. I was in the credit only line second in line and had to wait a good 20 30 min. Lost track of time. Finally moved and only took me a second to get out the gate. First time to ever have an issue. Will use again though. First name removed

Drivers picked us up at our parked vehicle right away. And when we came back from our vacation, I went on the app to let them know we were headed to the pick up area and they had a bus waiting. Drivers and workers at the gate are very nice.
