Close to the airport. Reasonable rates. Rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for a bus. Enough parking spaces so you don’t have to circle around and around to find one. Opportunity to earn and easily redeem points is an added benefit.

Shuttles are usually there to pick you up quickly and drivers are very helpful!

This was the first time I used Parking Spot. Was actually cheaper and faster than using the City of Columbus green lot. The bus picked us up and dropped us off at our car.

I have used your services about 8 times with no issues. Except the last time. The Driver didn't come down our aisle to pick us up. Them he left and went to the airport. Had to get the attention of the attendant in the booth. He made sure the driver picked us up this time. But we were concerned with making our flight as my husband is disabled.

I had a bad experience at DFW North recently. When asked for a review, I enthusiastically shared my disappointment in that review.
A day later, the assistant manager of the location reached out to me personally. He apologized for that experience and explained the reasons that caused that bad experience.
I appreciate his honesty and willingness to listen to constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
Bad days happen. Good managers fix problems.

Prompt Service for pickup and transport to gates

The lady at the entrance who greeted us was so friendly, sweet and kind at such an early hour, it made our day! The app works great too. Rates were a little pricey I thought. We parked at JFK and when we waited at the airport for pick up it took forever for a bus to come, even after I called. There were 4 buses that came from Will Clayton before the JFK bus arrived. That was a bit frustrating very late at night after a long travel day.

Very efficient operation. This was my first time using The Parking Spot in Pittsburgh. Pickup at the assigned space was quick and we were off to the airport in minutes. The driver helped load our two check-in bags onto the van. When we returned, we just missed a van pickup and expected to wait 15 minutes or so. However, a few others also had called for pickup and another van appeared in just a few minutes. We were quickly dropped off right behind our vehicle, and the driver unloaded the bags. The cost was lower than similar airport parking services. I will use The Parking Spot on the next trip.

On time, carry suitcase out of vehicle and on to shuttle. Then off the shuttle at the terminal. Just watch when the drop you at your car that they put your suitcase in the car. If they have a lot of folks n the bus, they don’t do it if you aren’t there quickly enough.

The young lady who checked me out was fantastic. After a grueling trip out of town it was very nice to be greeted a friendly face and a warm smile. I believe her name was Jenny.
