We use the South Parking spot which is easy to get to, there are plenty of vans (also easy to spot ;) and everyone is always so nice.

Great shuttle service

Dependability - I know that I won’t have to wait very long (if at all) for a pick up when I arrive at the airport.

And I like that you pick up and drop off right at my vehicle. After a long day of traveling, it’s appreciated that I don’t have to continue to lug all of my gear through a parking lot while looking for my car.

Easy to use, polite employees.

It’s always very easy to set it up, access lot, quick pick up, professional and friendly drivers. This the first time I had a problem with pick up after my flight. I waited over 1 hr. There were probably 5 shuttle runs over that time that I couldn’t access because there were many people waiting and there’s no designated area within the area and the shuttle pulled up at different ends with the shuttle loading area and people just ran ahead. People were very upset getting on the shuttle and the driver remained very professional and friendly. She mentioned it was very busy so perhaps you could have more shuttles during busy time. Park and ride had continuous shuttles.

I had one overcharge experience where customer service online was a joke and I wasn’t given an explanation or a refund. However the staff there and all the other experiences in person have been great. I feel my car is safe. The transportation to and from is pretty seamless. I do wish that instead of the business card with your spot written on it that you need to keep track of and dig out again after your travels was on the app that the driver could scan.
