It’s easy to book and manage through the app. It’s easy to park and coordinate shuttles and the drivers have always been so kind.

I love the personalized service when they pick me up and drop me off at my car, instead of having to walk to and from a designated spot for pickup. I never wait any time after parking my car as the shuttle pulls up when I park the car. The drivers are very personable and help with my luggage. I also like that the shuttle came quickly when I returned from my trip, and I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes. The parking location is right at I-70, so getting back to the highway is a breeze. I definitely recommend them!

Very convenient

The service provided by the Parking Spot is very well organized. By the time we entered the parking garage and parked, the driver was behind us. He assisted us by putting our bags on the the van and taking them off once we reached the terminal.
Once we returned to Pittsburgh and retrieved our bags, we only had a five minute wait for a transport van to arrive. Once back at our vehicle, the driver again assisted us by unloading our bags. He also offered to assist us in putting them in the car. He was polite and helpful
