Ease of booking a reservation, Covered parking, Prompt shuttle service with luggage assist to put in and take out of shuttle, Friendly drivers, Jeremy Nelson was very understanding when we explained the situation we encountered when we checked out. (see below)
Situation: We booked a reservation from 3/9/26-3/15/26 and prepaid. Our flight was canceled due to blizzard. We called Park and Fly to extend our reservation.We were told "no worries" our car would not be towed and we can pay the difference when we checked out. The first flight back was on 3/19/26. When we went to check out at 1149 PM, the Park & Fly check-out women wanted to charge us for 5 extra days. By our calculation, it was 4 extra days. She continually said there was nothing she could do with the calculation because she could not override the computer and there was no manager to call. We feel that if a business is open 24/7, there should be someone on call to support the worker in these type of circumstances.

It was close to the airport and easy shuttle pickup right from where you parked your car, and brought right back to your car when you return. Payment was easy with the app on your phone I would recommend to my family and friends.

I have been using this parking location for nearly 20 years. While I miss the valet parking services the facility is clean and safe and the staff is excellent. The new GM Jeremy Nelson was able to help me with a recent reservation issue that came up due to the recent winter weather. His help was quick and helped resolve my issues.
