First time using a parking service . I like it. Lol .First time : we went at night, we enter, we park and we just turning off the car and when we suddenly see the shuttle bus behind us , lol , like in the Terror movies were the vamp or monster shows up and you didn t see from where or how, , lol we were scared and surprise at the same time.

We had a lovely conversation where she advised my poor experience would be the subject of coaching for the employee involved. I only mentioned him in my first survey because I was disgruntled. But I do want to celebrate Shana who was ion shift when I departed St. Louis Sunday, March 8. She was so pleasant and helpful with my luggage.
