I like everything about the Parking Spot!

Friendly staff, reasonable prices especially if I book and pay for in advance. The shuttle is quick and gets me to the airport quickly and safely. Can tip the drivers with the QR code on the bus.

What do you like about our services?

The shuttle picks up at my car and then drops off at the airport. Same on the return. Much nicer than hauling luggage to the shuttle stop at the airport. Plus the driver loaded and unloaded my luggage.

Wonderful service. My teenage daughter and I arrived at 3:50 a.m. and I felt safe. The driver was extremely helpful. I felt awful because I didn't have cash when we departed; however, luckily we had the same driver when we got back home and I was able to give him an extra tip.

I had an issue with your service last week and got a call today to my surprise. It was explained to me that you were working in a new process for premium service. The rep didn't make an excuse but took ownership for the issue. I really appreciated her honest and straight fprward response.
