Over the years its a basic routine... Lately new employees don't even attempt to help onboard or exit.
It lessened the stress of the airport by knowing I am parking in a safe covered spot and have someone waiting for me when I get back. The staff was very helpful, even early in the morning. I lost the parking spot tag in my travels, but the very helpful, patient driver helped me find my car. Even though I worried about that all the way home, the company treated the problem with kindness and helpfulness.
