Love that I can pull up, scan my code, and park. The greeter at the front gate makes me feel welcome and directs me to the parking director, who points me to my parking spot. The shuttle is always there right away to shuttle me to the airport. And I can have my car washed so I get into a clean car on my return. I will always park at The Parking Spot when I fly out of Dallas.
From the moment we parked until we were picked up after our return, the experience was seamless. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and every driver we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It made traveling that much less stressful. Clean, safe facility - located just blocks from the airport - prices are good.
TPS is so much better than the airport parking lot where it can take a long time for a bus to arrive. It used to be better but I love the service of the drivers and convenience. Well worth it. Be aware that they do not refund cancelled parking reservations so if there's a chance of cancelling, then make reservation a day or so before needed.

I love you can reserve a spot with a discount sometimes! It’s easy to get in and out . The shuttle buses run frequently and the drivers are very nice and helpful.

The parking service was an exceptional experience for me. It was my very first time ever driving myself to the airport and using a park and service. It was raining the day I traveled so that in itself made me nervous. By the time I arrived to the parking spot my nerves were shot. However the attendant that helped (I wish I could remember his name) was very nice and helped me calm down. He was patient and told me not to rush. The return trip was just as smooth. My vehicle was waiting on me.

The online reservation and payment system works well. There is a bit of a discount for reserving online, too. You never have to wait long for the driver to pick you up at your car. On the return trip, airport pickup is timely. The drivers are consistently friendly and accommodating, regardless of the hour.
