The drivers are always wonderful. The day I arrived it was still dark and pouring rain but I think the driver must have followed my car to near where I parked so she was right there in seconds after I left my car. I will always choose Parking Spot 3 over any other long term parking service!

Convenient located and easy to reserve online. I have not used the parking spot for over a year and did not know where to go to catch return shuttle. Please persuade LAX to put signage around the baggage claim area to inform customers to go upstairs to departure area or pick passengers up downstairs.
