Quick shuttles

Easy access to your location and to park our vehicle. The transport vehicle was already picking up other people and was able to get us at the same time when we came in.
The driver who took us to the airport and the driver that brought us back to our vehicle were both very friendly and polite.

The only issue we had was getting ahold of The Parking Spot to get our shuttle once we collected our luggage at the end of our flight. I am not sure if something was wrong with the app but there was nothing on my app to hit for "Where is my Shuttle" there were six people in our party, and I think there were 6 other people who stated having the same issue. We had all tried to call and no one answered. The shuttle did arrive, not sure how the driver knew to come but we did appreciate seeing him.

I would still park here and would advise others to use their service.

Easy to find and easy to get to the airport

The drivers were great! A few fussy passengers were handled very professionally, and the driver, while driving, put everyone at ease. The shuttle was right by my car and we left within a couple minutes on my arrival, and following my departure, I waited no longer than 3 minutes at the curb for my West lot shuttle. The card telling where my car was and which lot I was in was a huge help. The QR code for tips was awesome for those of us who don't carry cash anymore.

Very convenient

I had originally booked the uncovered parking option.
However, the day before my reservation, I received a great offer to upgrade to covered parking for just an extra $2 per day, so I decided to go with that.
The shuttle runs frequently, the location isn't far from the airport, and I am satisfied with the service.

The shuttle is reliable for the most part. I've had to wait too long a few times but that's the exception not the rule. The new location at ATL where you go to get on the shuttle really stinks, but that's the fault of the airport, not Parking Spot. The prices for parking are much better than onsite the airport and it's nice to avoid the traffic within the airport.

Your drivers are the best. They are kind and thoughtful. Also the staff at the booth at PS South are really nice and friendly. We always get timely pick up and I feel like my car is safe at PS South.

The only thing I wish you’d do is get better shocks on your buses. The road to the airport is a mess in places and I feel like my teeth are going to fall out going over some of those potholes.

Quick and easy

I picked up a bolt in a tire on my drive to airport at 6am... went from 35psi to 27. When I returned 2 & half days later... the shuttle bus driver said he'd get an inflator if needed... but we checked when I was dropped off at my spot. I had enough to race off to tire shop.
