Shuttle bus drivers are very good. Pickup and drop off drivers would not let us carry bags up or down stairs. At drop off driver carried bags to our vehicle. Thank you
Efficient and plenty of covered parking. But confusion over where the Parking 1 places are and Parking 2. I parked in what I used to know was Parking spot 2 and found out that it was a second Parking 1 lot. If it had not been for the attendant I don't know what I would have done. She directed me and allowed me to exit and go to the new Parking Spot 2. What can you do to do a better job. I don't mind changing to Parking Spot 1.

Easy to reserve a spot, easy entry; the shuttles to airport are clean and the drivers are friendly and efficient and help with bags. The bus comes quickly to pick us up, both after parking and at the airport. Easy exit as well, esp with the pay in advance.

Everything went smoothly, except upon leaving the lot after the car was retrieved. Three or four cars ahead of me couldn't get out because they didn't know how. I had asked beforehand and was ready with my phone. However, chaos ensued and no one came to help. It took forever for people to figure out what to do. Some just backed up and got out of line.

Shuttle service to airport was prompt pick up. The driver helped with our bags. Pick up from the airport was about 10 minute wait, not too bad at all. Back to our car in about 20 minutes. Overall we were very satisfied.

The facilities and service at the north location are better than at the south location. Staff seem more organized and I like the convenience of covered parking.
