Easy to find, easy to park, love that you can prepay on the app, frequent shuttles, clean shuttles

The bus service was very prompt. I did not have to wait after parking for a bus granted it was 3 AM but that made it all the better experience.

Everybody is so nice! I know that sounds corny but it’s such a pleasant way to start my travel.

Drivers are friendly and helpful. Busses are usually quick with pickup from the airport. Because of the massive construction on JFK, all traffic is very slow so best to park at Will Clayton lot for now. I did not know that so reserved JFK. When waiting for JFK bus once I returned to IAH, the Will Clayton bus drivers let us know that our bus would arrive in 3 minutes explaining the reason for their delay. THAT is coordination! AND consideration for their customers.

Easy to reserve on line. We were followed to our car by the bus so when we parked we were able to board and head right to the airport. It was unusual, but we did have to wait quite awhile to be picked up upon our return. When we told the driver how long we’d been waiting, he took us straight to the lot. We really enjoy a bottle of cold water when we exit!

Shuttles were prompt and numerous. Easy entry and exit. Close to airport.

it’s quite easy to go through all the steps. From guiding the way to the parking spot location, entering the parking place, taking the bus to the airport, after returning to usa and find the place to wait for the bus, taking the bus back to the parking spot location, and finally went out to go home.
