Guest Testimonials
The shuttle driver and the valet attendants are always very helpful and friendly. Especially after a long flight.
Safe and convient. Stress free parking.
People are always super friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and as a woman who travels alone often for work the feeling of safety is wonderful!
Clean and dependable delivery and pick up. I missed my check out time by 5 minutes. 3 Days + 5 minutes and you didn't nickel and dime me for a 4th day. Only complaint is related to the conjestion at LAX, it took almost a half hour from pick up @ Terminal 1 to the structure on Sepulveda.
Very easy getting in and out of the structure. Our favorite thing is that you have ample vans available and "ready to go". Your drivers are extremely friendly and welcoming. There is always a van ready when we arrive and when we leave the airport, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for your van to arrive. Sometimes it's even faster than 10 min. Great service. We only use The Parking Spot.

The Parking Spot is the best thing I found when traveling. The drivers are courteous and the shuttles come faster than any other company I’ve ever dealt with.
