This is the greatest service ever. I was traveling by myself for this trip and didn’t get in until almost 12:30 am on Tuesday so I was especially grateful for my return shuttle driver (I wish I could remember his name; I think it was Jim P). After he dropped me off, he made sure to wait until I was safely in my car before going to the next location. That was very appreciated!!

The website makes it very easy to reserve a parking space for the time needed. When arriving we were told the aisle to park in and within two minutes, the shuttle picked us up at our car. We were promptly taken to the airport.
Returning from our trip the shuttle arrived at their designated spot. Travelers boarded the shuttle and the driver assisted with our luggage. We were returned to our car.
They use a ticket system to keep track of car locations.
Both drivers were friendly and professional. They practiced safe driving.
To leave the lot, we scanned our QR code and were good to go.

The shuttle was there immediately to pick us up. We were still getting our luggage out of the car when it arrived. The driver helped us put the luggage in the shuttle. He also got it out for usl at the airport dropoff area. Upon return from our trip, the wait was minimal as the shuttle filled up with passengers. The drive was very helpful again with our luggage.
