Easy but not cheap
The service was great. There was a van available immediately to take us from the lot to the terminal. The driver was friendly and courteous and insisted on unloading our luggage. We had to wait a short while to be picked up on our return as our flight landed before 5 a.m. and I did not call until we cleared customs. Not a frequent flyer, I should have called as soon as plane landed as the vans were busy transporting other travelers to their early morning flights. The only suggestion I might make is if they had flight info then they could prearrange pick up. Perhaps info was requested and I missed it. That may not be feasible or too burdensome. Just an idea. Will definitely use them again.

Overall Parking Spot doesn’t provide great service. Pick up times have increased significantly since PS bought PNF.
The overall attitude of the drivers is not great. Their attitude and willingness to serve customers is terrible overall.
Monday I was picked up by a driver Cedric for an international flight. He has a very energetic personality and great attitude. He is a real asset to your company and brand. I appreciate good service. I’ve considered changing my parking business to someone else. PS has increased prices, lowered quality of service, lowered benefits free days and platinum rates.
Hope management can learn from this and fix this.
