I had a problem, being new on the website, that resulted in an overcharge. Once I explained the situation Support rectified it within a day. The lot is very convenient to use, and it was a fast pick up on our return. The Parking Spot runs a tight ship!

Reservations and interfaces in app and website easy to use. Easy entry into parking lot. Good pickup at airport to take us back to the Parking Spot.

Did NOT like: This time and the time before are the first times we have had to wait too long for the shuttle to pick us up by our cars. This time there were already 7 or 8 people waiting when we arrived at a parking space (uncovered). Two of us called the phone number in the Parking Spot app and no one answered. By the time the shuttle came there were at least 12 people waiting.

Bottom line ... there were several people waiting longer than we thought we should. There was no way to contact anyone at the Parking Spot to find out what was going on. This is not good. Hope it does not happen again or I will have to consider going elsewhere.
