Great customer service after our trip. The general manager David reached out and addressed the shuttle delays we had faced. The parking lots are nice with added security. We would definitely park again and recommend anyone strongly.

The Parking Spot 2 is such a great deal for parking to fly out of Atlanta I can't imagine parking anywhere else. We love that we can park in a covered area. Recently I accidentally parked in the wrong area (the parking lot had been reconfigured since our last visit) and Miss Brown was so helpful and friendly I wouldn't have minded (much) if we had only gotten a partial refund. While you likely had a customer for life already, that interaction sealed the deal. I recommend The Parking Spot 2 to anyone that I know is flying out of Atlanta.

I used parking spot a twice recently after not traveling for a long time. The first time was very disappointing - it wasn't clear where the "shed" was and I ended up walking to the pickup area for the rental car portion. It took a long time for the bus to arrive and I had decided I wasn't going park there again. I ended up making another trip shortly after and decided to try parking spot again and it was wonderful. I'm glad I didn't give up on you.
