The Parking Spot makes flying out of CLT so much easier than I've ever experienced before! From the easy to find, very accessible and un-congested and clearly identifiable location right next to the airport - to the ease of entry with the QR code and the shuttle that picks you up at your car - to the friendly drivers and the ease of communication with your phone to let them know of your return - - - well I can't say enough positive things! It is super easy to make your reservation online and once you pull thru the gate the shuttle is following you to your spot. The shuttle pulled up at the airport as soon as we walked outside and brought us back. I have been using them for years and it has gotten better

When I arrived an associate came out and told me what row to park in and a shuttle bus followed me to my spot. He was a friendly guy that got my luggage out of my car and put it on the shuttle.
When I came back I phoned The Parking Spot and as soon as I got out of the airport door a shuttle stopped for me and asked if I had just called. He said he was told I would be walking to the pick-up spot. I love The Parking Spot
