Covered parking and regular buses from parking to and from the airport.

The people you have working there are incredible... from Harvey and the very sweet lady that is there now (around 9am ish) up front to the drivers. You have one driver, that even helped me clear my car two times when it was covered with snow... one of the times, he wasnt even my driver! He had an empty bus, and he was passing me and saw the mess I had removing the snow....and he stopped, and brought out a big clearing tool and helped me.. These folks are the reason I use you folk!

All parking is under cover and out of the elements. Convenient location and shuttle service is usually timely. A good value in my humble opinion.

The convenience is very good, and I will be using the service from this point on. I appreciate the entire idea of how this works,. My one recommendation, please, invest in shock absorbers for the shuttle bus. The ride from the terminal was brutal. At one point, I thought we were going to destroy the bus due to road conditions and speed. The entire experience is generally good, but there is nothing funny about being thrown around the bus filled with people and luggage.

My friend recommended that Parking Spot to me last summer before our flight out of Hartford. It alleviates so much of the stress associated with flying as a family. It's so easy with the app. You reserve your spot, pull up, and hop into a shuttle directly to your terminal. When you return, just click in your app that you've landed and the shuttle is literally waiting for you by the time you get to the exit doors. In less than 5 minutes, you are back to your vehicle waiting for you and ready to go. Staff members are kind and helpful. I will never not use this service when flying out of Bradley! 10/10

The driver carried my larger carryon off the bus and asked me to open the hatchdoor for him to put my suitcase in my car! That was so nice of him. I appreciate the driver using the little card to exactly locate my car with the row and slot number.

We’ve been using The Parking Spot (Century location) for several years whenever we travel out of LAX, and they’ve never let us down. I won't go into what happened to make me initially leave a 0 for how likely I would be to reco TPS to a others, but TPS assistant customer service manager for that particular lot quickly contacted me, wanting to know why I felt the way i did, and then rectified the situation/my negative impression just as quickly. I am modifying my rating in response to their exemplary customer service.
