I like everything. The online booking reservations, so very easy. The attendants when checking in, always gracious. Same for checking out. The shuttles run promptly and efficiently both in picking up, and returning us to our cars. I've never had to wait for then 10 minutes. I've absolutely nothing negative to say about Parking Spot. Yes, I'm a real person - a real traveler.

I had begun wget rather frustrated with Parking Spot West because it seemed like over the past few years the value of reserving well in advance had largely gone away; I used to save a lot by doing that, but lately it seemed the savings were minuscule or nonexistent. I was also not very enthusiastic about the level of service provided by the drivers; they seemed to expect a tip for merely doing their jobs and driving the bus; if they picked up a bag it was unusual.
However, on my last visit the driver was amazing; he both loaded and unloaded my giant bag, the one I usually do myself because it's so intimidating. He was friendly and pleasant and I was tired so I appreciated his kindness very much. I didn't record his name but he was a black man about my age, 63. And on the previous visit, I also met a very nice young Latino man at the booth who went above and beyond when my ticket wouldn't function as usual. It wasn't his fault; I later discovered that it was my error, but he fixed it with a smile. I should also remember his name but I don't.

I appreciate the ease of getting in/out of the parking facility, and the fact that it is covered parking. There is never a Last name removed wait for the shuttle. Most of the drivers are very pleasant and helpful.

No waiting for transportation to/from terminal!!

I like that the shuttle comes to your car and loads your luggage on the bus. Also the shuttle returns you to your car. The price is cheaper compared to getting a ride share to the airport. My 4 day parking was cheaper than a one way ride share!

It was a great experience with the parking spot! They picked me-up and took me straight to the airport doors. When I returned from my trip, all i had to do was call and they took me back to my vehicle.

Very convenient and timely trips to the airport and pick up upon your return

We were going to Europe for 17 days and had 4 bags of luggage plus carry-on. The driver that picked us up loaded all bags on the shuttle and unloaded them at the airport. On return the driver loaded all bags on the shuttle and then loaded them in our car. So much better than remote parking at PHL. I made a reservation before hand and scanned the QR code on arriving, the again scanned it on departure and was in and out in no time.
