Amazing service! I will not use anyone else moving forward! The only issue was waiting for the bus at the airport to return to the lot. There were many of the other buses but we waited 10-15 minutes on our bus while several for other lots came by. Other than that it was exceptional

First time using this service because cost was a little below others in the area. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful with baggage when both leaving car and returning to car. Very little wait time both ways. Because of the lower cost and service, I'll not hesitate to use The Parking Spot again, and highly recommend them.

Drivers are courteous. Punctual. If you're a member the rates are moderate in cost. There are specials throughout the year of which to take advantage. Vans are clean. I usually find the van waiting in their pickup slot practically every time I walk to the pickup location. And if not, the wait time is around 10-15 minutes.

The convenience of the website, the helpfulness of the staff and I thought I had prepaid but then it all worked out. I followed the instructions and they quickly found my car and home I went. So pleased with the convenience and the shuttles are great!!
