The ease of using the app, having my luggage picked up at my car (versus dragging it to a designated spot) and the free parking benefits! Drivers are friendly and helpful, but professional. I've been using the service since it was Econopark.

Our driver was fabulous. Helped load heavybags in our car in his last run of the day. He also left our cell phone. On the shuttle and someone from the office was nice enough to call and tell us that they had it.
