The entire process is seamless and easy to book parking, pay, location, attends and drivers were professional and friendly. Picked me up from vehicle and dropped off at my vehicle. I felt my vehicle would be safe and I was safe parking there.
I never have to wait long for the bus. All of the employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. I feel my car is very safe being parked in your lots.
Convenient
We always use The Parking Spot when leaving out of any airport. The West lot at Austin airport is dangerous getting onto the freeway so we used the East lot this time. Everything went as expected. Never had any security issues at any of their lots.
Efficient, excellent customers drive and affordable
We like the prices when reserved in advance. We like being picked up at our vehicle. We were disappointed that we had to wait for about 20 minutes for a pick up at Parking Spot 1 on September 18 around 4:30 PM. And when we returned home on September 26 at 5:00 PM, we had to wait for the 3rd shuttle at the airport (about 30-40 minutes) to return to our vehicle. The waiting line was very long.

Very organized. Instructions were also very clear about scanning the QR code twice for the premium parking.
Pretty straight forward. The spots are available through the app, and you offer periodic discounts. The bus system works, so all good. It’s pretty easy.
