My husband and I are regular, faithful Parking Spot customers. We would not go anywhere else. We especially love the new covered parking area. It’s amazing. We also think you have the friendliest employees. We are senior citizens and they are wonderful about helping us get our suitcases on and off the vans. This is extremely helpful for us. There is only one thing I wish you could improve on, especially with cold weather now upon us and that is having another van in place within minutes when the van picking you up arrives full. This happens very often that by the time they get to us, the van is full or has only one seat. They always say “a van is on the way to pick you up” but sometimes it’s up to 10 minutes and in the cold weather that seems much longer. Maybe that could be worked out soon.
A big thanks for the ice cold bottled water we get when we check out. How did you know we are always thirsty????
