Quick and Easy Drop Off and Pick up of my Car.

I like the short distance to the airport and the covered spots; the drivers are great as well ; the only thing I would change is to give us a chance to walk to our spot once we’re at the facility vs driving around to everyone’s spots.

The Parking Spot is very convenient & makes going to MCO easier. Rates are reasonable.

Conveniences

The staff is friendly - when my sister and I first pulled up, your front gate lady greeted us, told us where to go, and even joked around with her.. even got to compliment her on how pretty she is! The bus driver pulled up immediately after parking, helped us with our luggage, and got us to our gate with a nice and smooth drive. When we got back to DFW, though we did wait for the buses for a while, it was cool that I could track where they were. Again, the bus driver helped us with our luggage and got us to our car on a smooth ride.

To be honest, I've always had a good experience with this company, almost to the point that I expect it. The only time I've had a bad experience was back in October 2023 where we had a rude and impatient bus driver (I haven't seen him since). But even then, everyone else and everything else was fantastic.

Much simpler than I expected. Shuttle carrying me to my car is very convenient. Check in and out is also very convenient. The protective roof and security fencing is smart.

Friendly people

Y’all always do a great job but the driver was amazing this trip. We had him in both directions and he remembered us. I’m terrible with names but we were his last trip around 2:00 on 5/20 and he picked us up around 12:15 on 5/25

I like the convenience of your lots. The buses are clean. Drivers are always nice. Drop off and pick up are good, how ever I do not like the bus driving around the lot over and over trying to get filled up. There should be enough buses so that one time around then the next bus gets the rest and so on.
