Easy and convenient
Conveniently close to the airport. Drivers are attentive and load/unload my bags. I never have to wait long for pick up when I return. And the bottle of cold water when I leave is always appreciated!

First time using you after being a longtime and frequent customer of an MCO competitor. Used a T-mobile promotion and REALLY appreciated the upgrade to covered parking. The challenge will be whether you continue to be cost effective versus my typical location.
Driver was very pleasant, kept things moving, and only had to wait about 3 minutes for pick up upon return.

Easy reservations on the app, staff is always super positive and ease of catching a shuttle.
The shuttle was timely and the driver was courteous.
This was the first time I used the Parking Spot 2 as for years I used the Parking Spot South (which was previously operated by Blue Sky and I just kept going to the same location after The Parking Spot took over).
The Parking Spot 2 was actually more convenient to get easier to navigate to off the highway.
Upon arrival, the Lot Attendant and Van Driver were friendly and professional when I arrived at at 3 AM in the morning. It did seem the parking spots were a bit tighter in the Covered Area, but the facility is safe and my vehicle was secure and protected during my travels. Will definitely use this lot again on future travels.
