ease of booking, shuttles always right there to pick me up from my car, great price and so close to airport, easy to catch shuttle on way back.

The only issue was that someone was trying to get out of the gate in front of me and was unable to contact the office for help (their QR code was not working), finally after a few minutes we all backed up to let her out. I told the office once I was through, but it should be easier to contact someone from the gate.

After I downloaded the app the service was very easy to navigate. You can reserve and pay all in the app. Very easy …. Oh and the bus drivers are all very friendly and professional. Great service!

Love that the care are under cover. It is a bit pricey but worth it. The only thing...there were 13 of us in shuttle and a lot of luggage..most had to load their own.. it was midnight and the driver was nice but honestly if there were more people who were not capable to load up..I dont know if he could handle it...it is hard to lift the cases up the steps just to pack it in.

We use the parking spot when we travel. They are so efficient in getting me quickly checked in and when we return, I just click on their app to let them know I have returned. By the time I get my luggage the van is always waiting for me to take me to the lot. My car is waiting for me with either the heat or air condition on. I just get in the car and drive away. Very quick and so easy!
