Quick, easy, convenient

Easy, quick and priced right.

It’s always quick and easy to get in and park and get taken to your terminal. I do with there was more clear pick up locations when arriving back home. Some of the pickup locations at the terminal are large and I don’t get picked up in the same spot I’m dropped off.

New to The Parking Spot as I have used Park N Jet in Salt Lake City exclusively for the last 20 years, but heavily the last 8. The transition to The Parking Spot for my first experience was easy and they have plenty of covered and uncovered spots available. Access in and out was easy (once I knew what I was doing) and they run more shuttles. All-in-all a very positive first experience.

The Parking Spot has fantastic prices and wonderful staff. They are courteous and prompt.

All the drivers are helpful, especially with luggage, which is very heavy at times. I really appreciate their efforts and I tip them well.

I always find a spot in covered parking, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes before a shuttle is available to run me to the airport. Making the reservation in advance is super easy with the app. The shuttles (on my return) are always consistently in the same spot, making them easy to find, and the drivers have always been very nice & helpful. The location of the Parking Spot East is also super convenient for me, coming from South City.

The parking spot is easy to use. The shuttles come quickly and there is always cold water when you are checking out. Also, the guys put your luggage in the car for you.

The drivers are always helpful and friendly. The spaces in the back lot are very roomy.

Normally, the service is flawless, quick and easy drop off and pick up. BUT, the lines 3/21/26 were crazy, on both sides of the terminals at DIA. The girl in the "front" of the line told me she was waiting 45 minutes. The line went so far down the island, same for the other side of the terminal too. I opted to get a ride share to the lot and not wait in those crazy lines.

Easy to access, never wait long for a shuttle to/from airport. Good prices!!
