convenient , fast , close to the airport

It is pretty easy to book and park however I had a couple of issues with flights trying to get back to Buffalo and there was no where to extend my parking at the rate I originally got. I ended up paying a lot more and was not happy about that.

The Parking Spot was easy to find, easy to enter, I was greeted quickly and by a very friendly person! I was guided to my covered spot and picked up very quickly, which is so important in the Texas heat. The commuter van was clean, cool, and both drivers (dropping off and picking up) were courteous and helped load our luggage with care. I will never park at the airport again!

Promptness and kind employees

I appreciate the prompt pickup service. I never had to wait long for transportation to and from the parking lot. It is also easy to sign up for a spot. I only had one problem. It seems one needs to pay in advance to hold the spot in case there is a change in time when the car is dropped off. I selected a pay later option and the third party that was dropping off my car in the lot was delayed and there was a problem. Therefore, I will always select Pay Now to ensure no issues arise if the time for drop off or pick up changes.

I like the location. I like that I can get covered parking. I like that the van picks me up at my car. I like how nice the employees are. I like how you can get a cold water at checkout.
What I wish was better- cleaner vans and have their suspension fixed. Very bumpy ride. And sometimes you have to wait too long for the trip to or from the airport because they are trying to fill up the van.

Fast, easy, convenient! I appreciated being able to book online well ahead of time, the opportunity to cancel or change my reservation last minute as needed, and the discounts offered via e-mail!

We did have an issue with the driver who took us to the airport. He kept driving all around us, never stopping. Then when he did stop it was not behind my car, but the next lane over so we had to pull our luggage to him where he was parked. This has never happened before. We’ve always had very helpful drivers. Upon our return, everything went smoothly. No waiting & courteous driver. He even put all 3 bags in my trunk for me.

I received a discount by reserving online. Staff was kind. The process is easy.

Shuttle staff is great,

Shuttle to airport and no long wait for shuttle. Would highly recommend. The only problem was My reserved parking spot was reserved in #1 lot; however, I pulled into lot #2. This created a problem when I returned to retrieve my car. The gate entrance should have denied me access to lot 2.
