I use TPS at least once a month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month. Good location, not far from the airport. Shuttles are readily available, drivers are courteous and helpful. What's not to like?

The Parking Spot is a well-organized and automated parking system with efficient shuttles.
I had an issue with an overcharge which was handled very quickly by online support.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

I've used The Parking Spot Century many times over the years and I've been very happy with their services. The drop off of my vehicle went very well and the pick up was great. It was great seeing my vehicle ready for me to jump into as soon as the shuttle brought me back. The shuttle driver, parking attendant, and cashier were all very polite and helpful.

Love everything about parking here the convenience of having my car right there and to know that it’s covered and safe.

You keep the shuttles running and I’ve never had to stand outside either at the Parking Spot 2 Lot or pick up at the airport for long before a shuttle arrived. I really appreciate your Staff the most! They are kind, respectful, make eye contact, smile, offer to help w/your luggage, drive safe… It wasn’t until I used two other airport parking lots (which I imagined were owned by the same company) and had very poor experiences esp w/the Staff. It was unfortunate and I realize sometimes people are having a bad day, but it was multiple employees and again two different parking lots. So, still grace and also it highlighted that The Parking Spot 2 is the parking spot for me! Thanks and please share a special thanks to your Staff from me!

Easy to access missing a lot of airport traffic. Prompt pick up at your car. Good airport drop off locations near outside baggage drops. 80% very friendly helpful employees.

Quick and easy booking and checking/out.

Pickup was prompt and great introductory price.

When we returned to the Parking Spot we were out of gas, my husband did not turn the car off when we left for the airport!

He spoke to someone in the booth, they contacted a driver who took my husband to get a can of gas. Both people went above and beyond!

We were very grateful, especially since it was 10:30 at night.
