Easy access to the lot from the freeway; easy in and out using the app with the qr code; shuttle arrives quickly; drivers are usually friendly and helpful; and when you get back from your trip- the app locates me and let's me know where the shuttle is and how long before it arrives.
The closeness to the airport
Fast and friendly service. When I drop my car off to catch a flight there is always a bus waiting to take me to the terminal. No delays or stress. Similarly when arriving home, a bus always shows up in a reasonable amount of time.
I drive up- someone’s right there to help- the bus is there within 5 min. When I return, I’m picked up right away and at my car in 10 min or so
