Your drivers are very helpful, polite and efficient. I never wait more than a minute or two getting to the airport and waiting for pickup is usually less than 10 minutes. As a rewards member I appreciate the opportunity to get free parking occasionally when I accumulate enough points. I would highly recommend the parking spot

Kind and very efficient

Love the location. Most of the drivers are very friendly and courteous. Several of them go above and beyond helping with luggage.
During our most recent trip, our driver was an absolutely delightful gentleman who had a full welcome/reminder speech when we boarded the bus. He reminded us to be sure we had keys, wallet, phone; turned off car lights, etc…before we left the lot. LOL! Loved it!

Convenient, affordable.

When getting picked up, I don't like having to sit through another pick up at the other terminal. This makes things take longer. I also think you should have a limit as to how long you'll drive around picking people up in the lot.

Shuttle picks you up right at your car, which is under cover. Shuttle drive time to the airport is approximately 10 minutes.

Easy to just drop off and pick up my vehicle. The attendant got my luggage out and placed it on the bus for me, and unloaded it at the destination.

Convenient and friendly. The only one thing is the pickup from the terminal. It is such a free for all it makes coming home to get the car unpleasant. Everyone pushing into line to get on the bus is really annoying.
