I like parking there. Its close to the airport and the shuttles run frequently. Best choice made for BWI airport.

First of all I will only fly out of Love Field and one of the reasons for this is the Parking Spot!! Security and convenience tops the list!! I can register and prepay online choosing to book with or without a cancellation option. Pull up, scan barcode and you’re in. My car is under a covered spot so no weather worries. Once entered, the shuttle bus practically follows you to your spot so there is never a worry of a long lonely wait by yourself day or night. But, the best part is the crew of the buses. So nice and polite!! I never have to lug my heavy luggage onto the bus. They literally get out at each stop and put the luggage on the bus for you. This is a blessing for me as a senior!! I will always use the Parking Spit anytime I travel!!

It is pretty easy to book and park however I had a couple of issues with flights trying to get back to Buffalo and there was no where to extend my parking at the rate I originally got. I ended up paying a lot more and was not happy about that.

The Parking Spot was easy to find, easy to enter, I was greeted quickly and by a very friendly person! I was guided to my covered spot and picked up very quickly, which is so important in the Texas heat. The commuter van was clean, cool, and both drivers (dropping off and picking up) were courteous and helped load our luggage with care. I will never park at the airport again!

I appreciate the prompt pickup service. I never had to wait long for transportation to and from the parking lot. It is also easy to sign up for a spot. I only had one problem. It seems one needs to pay in advance to hold the spot in case there is a change in time when the car is dropped off. I selected a pay later option and the third party that was dropping off my car in the lot was delayed and there was a problem. Therefore, I will always select Pay Now to ensure no issues arise if the time for drop off or pick up changes.

I like the location. I like that I can get covered parking. I like that the van picks me up at my car. I like how nice the employees are. I like how you can get a cold water at checkout.
What I wish was better- cleaner vans and have their suspension fixed. Very bumpy ride. And sometimes you have to wait too long for the trip to or from the airport because they are trying to fill up the van.
