Pick up and drop off
I appreciate the frequent shuttle vans. The fact that they pick you up and take you right to your car is nice. I also like the ability to earn free days.
Much quicker pick up from the lot to the airport than I’ve ever had which is great. A little longer wait on the return, but nothing unreasonable.
Great people. Everyone is so helpful. We used valet and the car was already there warming up when we arrived from the shuttle. My only complaint is leaving the facility. It seems to take a along time as everything is automated. I liked it better when a real person was at the exit to process the payment. More efficient.

With one exception, communication and instructions were clear prior to entry. QR code for entry worked. Ramp was filled but found an empty spot and bus stopped to pick us up. Staff were wonderful.
My ONE exception - I did not know I needed to call for a bus because my flight came in at midnight.
We receive a text the day before we enter the ramp with the QR code and instructions. Could another text be sent the day before we return to retrieve our car. AND could this text include at what time we need to CALL your office to request a bus to pick us up at the airport. Is it after 8 pm or after 10 pm.
If you cannot provide an automatic text the day before return, then enter the time frame for calling for a bus to the airport when we receive the instructions or when we make the reservation to use your facility.
With this one exception, I LOVE using Parking Spot and the ramp or lot at your facility.

Confused by price difference between PS1 and PS2. Otherwise, a great bargain for short trips. Maybe try a discount for trips of 5+ days.

It’s always quick and easy to get in and park and get taken to your terminal. I do with there was more clear pick up locations when arriving back home. Some of the pickup locations at the terminal are large and I don’t get picked up in the same spot I’m dropped off.
New to The Parking Spot as I have used Park N Jet in Salt Lake City exclusively for the last 20 years, but heavily the last 8. The transition to The Parking Spot for my first experience was easy and they have plenty of covered and uncovered spots available. Access in and out was easy (once I knew what I was doing) and they run more shuttles. All-in-all a very positive first experience.
