Location, speed, security.
The service from the parking lot to airport was quick and efficient.
.
Easy to use, reasonable price, and courteous.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy transfers to and from the airport. I was running late due to traffic and the nice lady when I checked in, called the driver to be sure I was picked up.
How easy it is to drop your car off and then get driven to your terminal. And then when you return, it’s easy to click on the Parking Spot app and it lets you know when and where you will be picked up. I find the driver is also a very helpful.
The entire process was so easy. I loved the pick up directly at my vehicle!

Great experience, fast drop off and pick up!
First, the Parking Spot North is incredibly convenient, and the shuttles are very prompt to and from the airport. However, best of all, are the drivers who run the shuttles. Always quick to help and always seem excited to see you. Very engaged and dedicated to make sure your trip starts and ends well. Top notch....

Prompt and very friendly.
driver and staff were great very happy talkative with smiles on the faces at all times.
Proximity to airport.
Easy to park, easy to spot the vans, reasonably priced in comparison. We like that all of the spots are covered. Number two is closer to our home than the other two by just a little so we use that one.
