Parking Spot has always been a dependable way to park while traveling. I like being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle and not walking alone through the large parking lots. It's safe, convenient, and affordable. The app is easy to use to make a reservation. I give myself an extra 30 minutes to get to the airport.

Staff arrived with shuttle bus almost as soon as I parked. Driver was patient and allowed me time to gather all my belongings. Upon return, the driver drove me directly to my car. Both drivers assisted me with my bags. When leaving complex, attendant at gate explained to me exactly how to find my link in phone to scan out. Bottles are water were available at the check out which is very needed especially since i lost my cup on trip.

Greeted well, efficient, timely, courteous, and help with bags is essential due to my back issues. Safe and secure storage for my car, and stressless transport to and from the airport is the best. Highly recommend.
