DRivers are always friendly and helpful. Parking nis easy and shuttles seem to always be available.

Easy in and out, quick pick up from transport vehicle, welcomed assistance with bags, if needed, and quick drop off at the airport! Pick up without a wait and back to your car when you return. Decent reward program that accumulates for points that go towards free parking days.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Everything went smoothly with transportation to and from. Our vehicle was ready for us upon return. There was no wait time for transportation. The holiday decorations were a nice touch

Exclusively use The Parking Spot everytime I travel by flying. Like the option of covered parking. I do get aggravated at people that do not know how to use the entry and exit process. That’s probably a “me” problem though.

It’s convenient to the interstate. Drivers handle everything and are conscientious and don’t make me wait for a full bus. The app makes booking, entering and leaving easy.

Secure location, quick entry to site, quick ride to terminal, never have to wait long for a bus when returning, always taken right to our vehicle, and quick exit.

The reservation process is quick and easy as is check in and departure. All the ground staff and drivers friendly and accommodating, and sometimes go above and beyond. One trip when arriving at my car, the driver would not leave until I started my car and was able to drive away. I’m always impressed by the level of kindness and responsibility your drivers exhibit.

Fast service and car is warm on arrival to your facility. I also loved that the app lets you know I am ready.

It was very easy to make a reservation. Easy to enter, pay and leave. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. I love that there was a cooler of bottled water at the exit. That is a very nice touch.
