Our parking experience was easy, quick and priced right.
Easy to book reservations. Safe location to park your car. Shuttle service is easy to get and they pick you up in a timely manner. The drivers are very polite friendly and very knowledgeable of LAX.
The facility was very easy to get to and park at. We were picked up directly behind our car and taken to the Southwest gate.
On the way back, we found our luggage, walked out the door and maybe waited less than 5 minutes for the next bus. The bus driver drove to the back of my car and even placed our suitcases in the trunk. Every impressed from start to finish!

This time we had good luck with getting buses. To leave the parking spot the first bus was full but about 10 minutes later another bus showed up. Same with being picked up, first bus was full but it wasn’t long before another bus showed up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy transfers to and from the airport. I was running late due to traffic and the nice lady when I checked in, called the driver to be sure I was picked up.
How easy it is to drop your car off and then get driven to your terminal. And then when you return, it’s easy to click on the Parking Spot app and it lets you know when and where you will be picked up. I find the driver is also a very helpful.
The entire process was so easy. I loved the pick up directly at my vehicle!
