I see things trying to improve.. And that speaks volumes. Someone is listening and understanding the customers needs. I will say this and hopefully it helps the business out a lot of people is seeking other parking needs because of the technical issues the parking spot system has been having. Always easy to get in and out, however, your scanners are a little more difficult when it's raining. Had to wipe the monitor twice. Besides that, it's always easy and convenient.
