They picked us up right from our car and dropped us back off right there. Everything was very organized and easy. We got back very early and I called and the guy was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. The lot is surrounded by a fence so our car was nice and safe too! I even got a bottle of free water for our drive home. We will be using the service again!

The service has been helpful. Some drivers are more helpful than others. You may want to teach your drivers to identify their location by vehicle. On my last trip, the driver kept hold up the parking cards and saying the parking stall letters and numbers. Each time, everyone kept looking and him and each other blankly. We don't really think about the stall number b/c we have the cards. So everyone kept asking what kind/color car is it to identify if it was there car. It wasted quite a bit of time.
