I like when I park that there's usually a shuttle right there to pick us up and drop off.

all is well, the suspension on the buses it very harsh or non existent but all is good.

Transportation and covered parking

I don't have to wait long for the shuttle to pick me up either from the parking lot or at the airport. The lot is very convenient to the airport. The lot feels very secure and I don't worry about my car while I'm traveling. The shuttle drivers are very courteous and helpful.

Easy in easy out

The van times run often, the drivers are kind/helpful, the price for an airport Southwest employee is more consistent (still not great, but better) and I feel safe when parking there for both myself and my car. I will say the vans need better air conditioning for the drivers and the guests riding, even if for a short period, the vans are hot, really hot!

Pick up at car. Didn’t have to wait long for pick up at airport.Good drivers. Would be expensive but there was a special rate when I went that I used.

So easy to park and get driven up to the front door of the airport and then it's easy to get back to the car upon return, the shuttle is a short walk from the airport baggage terminal and you are driven right to your car. Low stress.

Thr drivers are very friendly and courteous. We never have to wait to long for a pick up either when arriving at the airport or on the return ride back to the Parking Spot. The cold bottle of water at thwe end of thew trip is a very nice afterthought. especially after a long flight home.
