The staff are so wonderful and professional. From the moment you enter the lot and are directed to your area to park, to the time you are picked up and then upon return dropped off. The staff make a difference!. Like that my car is in a lot that is secure and managed. The Parking Spot App is also easy to use and update.
I was married for over 35 years to a man that planned all of our travel, including the Parking Spot reservations. I was spoiled rotten. Well, he died and suddenly I had to arrange it all myself and I was very anxious about traveling alone. But, I knew I had to try it solo. And I LOVE YOU GUYS! Now I’m a seasoned traveler and I don’t mind driving myself to the airport. It’s easy to make a reservation and to prepay online. I scan my receipt upon entering, The signs clearly point me towards available parking spaces and the shuttle is there BEFORE I’m out of my car. Then the driver hands me a card with my space number written on it AND reminds me to take a photo of it “just in case I lose it.” The card also has clear instructions on where to find the shuttle bus upon return and there has not been a wait for me. EVER! By this point in the process, I feel like my husband is there with me. The drivers have always been so friendly and kind and I feel like someone is definitely looking out for me. Upon the return, the driver drops me right at my car and WAITS until I start my engine. Parking Spot IS THE BEST! Thank you so much!

When we returned from our trip one of our tires was flat. The attendant had a compressor on hand. They were more than willing to help us out. We had our tire inflated and on our way in no time. The price for parking was really reasonable too!
